Employment Solicitor – Surrey (2‑3 PQE)

About the role
G2 Legal Limited, a well‑established regional firm on the West London–Surrey border, is looking for a 2‑3 year PQE Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. You will work on a diverse mix of employee and employer matters while helping to expand the firm’s employer client base.
Key responsibilities
- Handle cases involving restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and TUPE.
- Provide strategic advice to both employee and employer clients.
- Support business development initiatives alongside the head of department.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by building relationships with new employer clients.
Required profile
- 2+ years PQE in private practice.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law.
- Interest in business development and client acquisition.
