English Second Language Teacher (Online, 1-on-1)

About the role
Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 online lessons to K‑12 students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work remotely, setting your own schedule while meeting students for 50‑minute weekly sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized ESL instruction aligned with the Cosmo curriculum.
- Update your availability in the Cosmo app promptly.
- Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each student’s ability.
- Submit class feedback after each lesson.
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, and Cosmo staff.
- Attend all scheduled classes on time from a quiet, private location.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years teaching K‑12 English Language Arts.
- Experience with K‑12 standards and ESL learners.
- Teaching qualification preferred (not mandatory).
- Fast, reliable internet and a Windows or Mac PC.
- Commitment to at least 6 months with Cosmo 1:1.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week within specified GMT windows.
- Currently residing in the United Kingdom.
