Enterprise Account Executive - Retail / Consumer Goods

About the role

Salesforce's team sells its full Customer 360 platform to sub-verticals of the Retail / Consumer Goods industry, partnering with strategic enterprise customers. It is looking for a Named Account Executive to manage a top retail and consumer goods brand, contributing to pipeline generation, deal execution and relationship building with senior stakeholders. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a top-tier account, driving revenue growth and strategic account expansion aligned to the customer's business objectives.
• Own pipeline generation and early-stage sales cycles, proactively identifying new opportunities within the existing account base.
• Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Marketing and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Leads and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions addressing omni-channel commerce, personalisation and AI-driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, CRM or enterprise software, with a track record of developing and progressing pipeline.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in a strategic sales environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer goods industry challenges and trends.
• Passion for innovation and commitment to a high-performing, team-oriented sales culture.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to retail or consumer goods accounts.
• Salesforce experience or ecosystem knowledge.
