Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

Digital Waffle is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive new business for its Microsoft cloud, security and identity services. The role focuses on large UK enterprises with 5,000+ employees, helping them modernise the workplace and adopt identity‑led security through the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities within enterprise organisations of 5,000+ users.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors and Digital Workplace leaders.
• Lead consultative sales engagements for Microsoft 365 and Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and grow large accounts.
• Collaborate with presales, technical consultants and delivery teams to design tailored proposals.
• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract signature.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast revenue and gross profit targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling enterprise Microsoft solutions to organisations with 5,000+ employees.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Demonstrable success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
