Enterprise Client Strategy Manager (EMEA)

About the role

Rogo’s customer success managers are highly motivated individuals who own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end‑to‑end, driving adoption, value realization, retention and expansion for AI‑powered finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Enterprise Client Relationship Management – act as the primary contact for enterprise clients with a prescriptive, consultative approach.
• Quarterly Business Reviews & Executive Alignment – plan and run QBRs to align on client goals, roadmap and next steps.
• Renewal Management – own the full renewal process, forecast timelines, manage stakeholder alignment and mitigate churn risk.
• Customer Health & Retention – monitor adoption signals, quarterback escalations and create proactive action plans.
• Account Strategy – develop success and account plans including stakeholder maps, KPIs and adoption milestones.
• Revenue Growth – use performance metrics to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
• Advocacy & Engagement – empower users to become Rogo advocates within their organisations.
• Feedback Loop – relay client insights to product and engineering for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years front‑office experience at a top‑tier investment bank, private‑equity firm or hedge fund, or 3+ years in customer‑facing roles such as customer success or account management.
• Proven track record analysing customer performance metrics and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent project‑management, presentation and communication abilities.
• High sense of ownership and ability to juggle multiple work streams across the organisation.
