About the role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at AVEVA, you will be the primary contact for our industrial software customers, helping them achieve business goals faster by leveraging AVEVA technology. You will accelerate time‑to‑value, drive adoption, and ensure a high return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers by establishing relationships, setting expectations, and defining business objectives.
- Collaborate with Delivery Services and partners to design architecture, prioritize roll‑outs, and manage services budgets.
- Develop and execute success plans, educate customers on AVEVA use cases, and drive adoption of strategic software such as Cloud solutions.
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with Sales to generate additional revenue.
- Act as the customer advocate internally, ensuring timely outcomes and providing feedback for product improvements.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven relationship‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation capabilities.
