ERP Oracle Programme Manager (12 months, SC clearance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Oracle Programme Manager to lead a 12‑month transformation programme within a UK government environment. The role is hybrid, based in London or Leeds, and requires Security‑Clearance (SC) to manage the delivery of a complex, multi‑department solution built on Oracle Fusion ERP and modern integration architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across multiple departments.
• Define and manage programme governance, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate integration work using API‑based services and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, provide regular progress reporting and drive change adoption.
• Oversee testing, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex ERP programmes, preferably in the public sector.
• Active SC clearance or ability to obtain it quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site two days per week in London or Leeds.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent cloud ERP platform.
• Extensive programme management experience on complex projects.
• Hands‑on experience with API systems and integration architecture.
