Estate Agent Lister – Residential Property Sales & Listings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Lister to join a well‑established independent agency in Worthing. The role focuses on driving residential property sales and listings, expanding market share and maintaining the company’s reputation for quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage new property listings across the local market.
• Conduct property valuations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, buyers and other agents.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide accurate market intelligence and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listing.
• Current experience in an estate agency, preferably at senior negotiator or manager level.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.

What we offer

• Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000.
• Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00.
• 33 days annual leave, increasing with service.
