Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – £25k + Car Allowance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent agency in Polegate. You will work within an established pipeline and help grow the business while earning a competitive salary and car allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Interview prospective buyers in a structured manner, identifying their needs and opportunities.
• Contact qualified applicants, advise on suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring the client’s interests remain paramount.
• Coordinate transactions, delivering high‑standard customer care to both buyers and sellers.
• Support colleagues and the Branch Manager, maintaining company service standards.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and stay up‑to‑date with systems, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Project a professional image to the public and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property sales with strong closing ability.
• Business acumen and charisma to become a leading agent in the local market.
• Willingness to work every other Saturday.
• Motivation to increase market share and uphold the agency’s reputation for quality.
