Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Torquay

About the role

Connells Group is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Miller residential sales team in Torquay. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving property sales and contributing to the growth of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments to maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
