Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Twickenham

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our newly rebranded Barnard Marcus branch in Twickenham. You will be part of a dynamic residential sales team, delivering exceptional service to customers while helping the branch grow its market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments and maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
