Estate Agent / Valuer – Property Auctions (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our national network as Estate Agents or Valuers specialising in property auctions. You will work remotely, leveraging your existing estate agency contacts to refer auction properties and earn commission on each successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and refer at least one auction‑ready property per week from your network.
• Maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors and developers.
• Follow our proven sales process and success blueprint to close deals.
• Utilise provided marketing material and technology tools to promote auction listings.
• Report referrals and track earnings through our platform.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the property sector.
• Good knowledge of the UK property market; auction experience is not mandatory.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow a structured process.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property valuation and sales processes.
