Estate Manager – UHNW Client UK & Europe

About the role

We are seeking a discreet, highly organised Estate Manager to support a low‑profile ultra‑high‑net‑worth principal across several private residences in the UK and Europe. The role is hands‑on and requires proactive management of multiple households, ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple private residences in the UK and Europe.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the principal, maintaining exceptional property standards.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with existing household teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.
• Manage household budgets, monitor expenditure and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Ensure health & safety, security and compliance measures are upheld across all properties.
• Prepare residences for guest and principal arrivals, maintaining immaculate presentation.
• Maintain accurate property records, maintenance schedules, inventories and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Estate Manager, House Manager or senior household management role within a UHNW or high‑profile private household.
• Calm, discreet, professional with excellent judgement and emotional intelligence.
• Highly proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
