Europe HR Advisor

About the role

The Europe HR Advisor will deliver proactive, professional HR services across multiple European countries, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. Reporting to the Europe People Manager, the role supports employee relations, lifecycle activities, benefits, global mobility and Employer of Record processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line HR advice on policies, employee relations, performance management and absence across Europe.
• Oversee onboarding, employee changes and off‑boarding, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
• Manage benefits enrolment, act as primary contact for queries and coordinate renewals.
• Support global mobility, visa and work‑permit processes and liaise with EOR providers.
• Serve as a super‑user for HR systems, maintain data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
• Previous experience as a People/HR Advisor supporting multiple European countries.
• Strong employee‑relations background and experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience administering benefits programmes and working with HR systems.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
