Events Marketing Manager

About the role

The Company, a leading media events business, is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to drive demand and lead generation for a portfolio of high‑growth B2B events. You will own the creation and execution of innovative marketing plans, working closely with senior leadership and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute targeted attendee marketing strategies to increase premium and free registrations and overall show attendance.
• Build close relationships with exhibitor clients to develop extended campaigns and outreach.
• Create mutually beneficial partnerships with associations and publications to boost visitor numbers.
• Utilise a full range of online tactics, including social media, SEO and PPC.
• Nurture customers through tailored copy and advocacy‑focused communication.
• Prepare promotional copy and collateral for internal and client use.
• Achieve revenue, registration and lead‑generation targets while managing the event marketing budget.

Required profile

• 2+ years of event marketing experience, preferably within exhibitions.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive leads, footfall and ROI.
• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solver, detail‑focused and analytically inclined.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with a positive outlook.
