About the role

Pearson is seeking qualified teachers to work as examiners for the GCSE Citizenship Studies (2016 Specification). You will mark candidates' responses using the ePEN system from the comfort of your home, ensuring consistency with the official mark scheme.

Key responsibilities

Mark scripts accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards.
Submit sample scripts to your Team Leader at designated times.
Adhere to marking milestones and deadlines.
Complete all required administrative tasks as specified.

Required profile

At least one academic year of teaching experience within the last eight years, in the relevant qualification and subject.
Possess a degree or equivalent qualification.
Qualified teacher status.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme correctly.
