Executive Assistant – International Communications (12‑month FTC)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the International Communications Director, the Director of International Content Campaigns and the Director of Prime Video Communications Europe. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in London and will work within a fast‑growing global communications team at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars for senior leaders and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings and related documentation.
• Prepare, review and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
• Organise team activities such as staff meetings, all‑hands gatherings, off‑site events and social functions.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent diary, travel and expense processes across the organisation.
• Track progress of action items and drive completion of administrative projects.
