Executive Assistant – Support Senior Leaders in Brighton

About the role
The Executive Assistant will act as the organised backbone for senior leaders in a fast‑moving Brighton‑based organisation. You will keep diaries up‑to‑date, streamline communications and ensure meetings run smoothly, allowing executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise multiple executive calendars, anticipating conflicts and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritising messages and routing them to the appropriate parties.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, delivering a professional and courteous service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a PA/EA or similar administrative role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to busy, changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
