Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team in London. Working three days in our collaborative office and two days remotely, you will act as a trusted partner, helping senior leaders stay organised and focused while contributing to broader business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, overlapping diaries for multiple senior executives.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Support board, leadership and VIP meetings by preparing agendas, presentations and documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison between senior leaders, internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Monitor selected inboxes, ensuring timely follow‑up on actions.
• Assist with internal events, employee engagement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Build strong relationships with fellow Executive Assistants and senior contacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting several senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook for calendar and email management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
