About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Executive Director in the EMEA Global Banking HR Business Advisory team. You will shape talent strategy, workforce planning and employee experience for Global Investment Banking and Global Corporate Banking across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals and regional priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Advise on organisational design, restructuring and change initiatives.
• Oversee annual talent, performance and compensation processes.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and capability building.
• Promote an inclusive culture and support diversity, opportunity and inclusion programmes.
• Interpret workforce metrics, build data‑driven stories and model impact of people interventions.
• Orchestrate holistic employee‑experience initiatives, blending digital and in‑person approaches.
• Lead adoption of HR digital solutions and technology‑enabled processes across EMEA Global Banking.

Required profile

• Senior HR leader with extensive experience in a complex, matrixed, multi‑country environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
