Experienced Client-Facing Paraplanner – up to £65k + Bonus – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced client‑facing Paraplanner to work directly with a Director‑level Financial Planner. This hybrid role in the City of London offers the chance to move beyond traditional report writing and become a trusted adviser throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Attend virtual and face‑to‑face client meetings, take detailed notes and drive actions to completion.
• Produce technically robust suitability reports and recommendations across investments, pensions, protection and complex financial planning cases.
• Participate in annual client reviews, supporting clients through changing circumstances and financial goals.
• Assist with Tax Year End planning initiatives and broader client projects.
• Collaborate with advisers, paraplanners and operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining high compliance standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment.
• Diploma qualified with Chartered status in sight or actively progressing towards it.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and financial planning solutions.
• Proven ability to support advisers and build trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and report‑writing skills.

• Voyant cash‑flow modelling tool.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems, CRM platforms.
