About the role
This permanent position offers an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant the chance to work on high‑profile commercial, residential and healthcare projects within an award‑winning RIBA chartered practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare and develop planning schemes, detailed construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Produce tender and working drawing packages.
- Maintain high‑quality standards across all drawings and documentation.
Required profile
- RIBA Part 2 qualification completed.
- Relevant post‑qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant in a UK practice.
- Live within a commutable distance to Stockport.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Excellent technical and drawing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
