EYFS Teacher – Full‑time Primary School Position

About the role
Reed Education is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the South East. This full‑time, permanent role offers the chance to shape young learners’ early experiences and contribute to a supportive, nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching in an EYFS or comparable early‑years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
