About the role
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Workplace & Administration team in the West End office. In this newly created position you will ensure the day‑to‑day smooth operation of the office, maintaining high standards across kitchens, meeting rooms and shared spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Manage kitchens, meeting rooms and shared office areas, keeping them well‑presented and fully stocked.
- Coordinate catering for meetings, events and employee initiatives.
- Support daily facilities operations, including supplies, deliveries and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
- Assist with health, safety and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide first‑class internal service to colleagues across the office.
Required profile
- Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, workplace services or front‑of‑house support.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Well‑organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Flexible and service‑focused mindset.
