Field Sales Executive – Charity Fundraiser

About the role

Charity Link is seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to represent leading UK charities in high‑footfall venues, shopping centres and events. You will engage directly with the public, encouraging them to become regular supporters through monthly donations or sponsorship programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in busy locations and clearly explain the mission of partner charities.
• Secure new monthly donors or sponsors by guiding prospects through the sign‑up process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations using the company’s sales system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly fundraising targets.
• Represent Charity Link professionally, adhering to health, safety and data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in face‑to‑face, door‑to‑door or venue sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when approaching strangers.
• Motivation to work towards measurable fundraising goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
