Account Manager – Watford & South East England

About the role

Join a well‑established international engineering business that is expanding rapidly across the UK. As an Account Manager based in Watford, you will build long‑term partnerships with existing customers, identify new opportunities and ensure a high level of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts in the Watford area.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while delivering consultative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams to meet client requirements.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting regional sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or territory sales.
• Consultative, customer‑first approach with strong communication skills.
• Good planning and organisational abilities, able to work autonomously.
• Exposure to engineering or electromechanical environments is advantageous.
