Finance Analyst – Distribution

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Online & Distribution finance team, supporting the Warehouse and Distribution function. The role will provide financial analysis and insight to senior leaders across the supply chain, helping to drive cost efficiency and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end processes for Warehouse & Distribution, including calculation and posting of accruals and pre‑payments.
• Prepare and maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage fleet‑related costs, including IFRS 16 lease accounting and related reconciliations.
• Perform financial reconciliation to ensure integrity between month‑end costs and operational trackers.
• Lead weekly cost calls with the distribution centre and warehouse teams.
• Analyse contract spend to support investment decisions and track quarterly spend against plan.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis as required by senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA, or a relevant university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial audiences.
