Finance Analyst – Global Music Technology (London)

About the role

Our client, a globally recognised music technology business, is expanding its finance team in London. The newly created Finance Analyst position will work closely with the Head of FP&A and have regular exposure to the CEO and senior leadership, focusing on financial planning and analysis in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles across the business.
• Prepare actuals‑vs‑forecast analysis with clear commentary.
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and leadership presentations.
• Partner with non‑finance teams to translate numbers into commercial insight.
• Potentially contribute to corporate finance and development projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support for the leadership team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of finance experience with demonstrable FP&A exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine passion for music and the creative industries.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
