About the role

We are partnering with a large‑scale, multi‑billion‑pound organisation that values finance as a strategic driver of commercial outcomes. As a Finance Business Partner you will work in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment, providing visibility and influence across senior stakeholders while operating on a hybrid basis in Warrington.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insightful financial guidance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Deliver clear, actionable analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, improve efficiency, and optimise cash flow.
• Support governance and controls while enabling agility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Challenge assumptions and influence outcomes with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to embed finance within the business.

Required profile

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification.
• Strong business partnering experience with operational stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings, process improvements, and performance insight.
• Confidence to challenge and ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply.
• Proactive, resilient approach with the ability to operate at pace.
