Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will join a fast‑growing multi‑site organisation as part of the FP&A team. Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you will work closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insight, support decision‑making and drive financial performance across a nationwide portfolio of sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver commercial insight and financial support for a multi‑site portfolio.
• Lead the monthly forecasting process, highlighting risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
• Produce monthly performance reports, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.
• Analyse operational KPIs to identify opportunities to improve revenue, occupancy, productivity and profitability.
• Challenge assumptions and help stakeholders make informed commercial decisions.
• Develop and standardise reporting, forecasting and KPI frameworks.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Management Accounts and Operations to improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects, including Power BI, data analytics and AI‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or close to qualification.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Background in a multi‑site environment such as care, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, retail or property.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with confidence to challenge and influence.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in operational performance.
