Finance Manager – Hybrid (Central London)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a fast‑growing entertainment organisation in Central London. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on operational support for high‑profile events.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, reports and financial updates for senior stakeholders.
- Manage the finance team, prioritising workloads and deliverables.
- Lead implementation and ongoing use of BIS systems across the department.
- Review and improve processes, including recharge invoicing accuracy across EMEA.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting and detailed variance analysis.
- Manage VAT and WHT tax applications and assist with quarterly FEU submissions.
- Reconcile and review the general ledger, cash positions, payroll and journal postings for project close.
- Lead VIP settlement processes and conduct revenue audits with promoters and artist teams.
- Oversee AR/AP processes, purchase order requirements and expense management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align financial activities and manage risks.
Required profile
- Qualified finance professional with experience in managing finance functions.
- Proven track record in supporting high‑profile events or entertainment projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
