Finance Manager – Investment Funds

About the role

We are partnering with an established investment management business to find a Finance Manager for their London finance team. You will own the accounting, tax and administration of a portfolio of long‑term infrastructure investment funds, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, tax and administration of investment funds and related entities.
• Prepare financial reports, investor information packs and fund distribution statements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and banking activity.
• Liaise with investment teams, portfolio companies and external parties.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, depositaries and professional advisers.
• Support financial controls, treasury activities and payment processes.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc finance, tax and operations projects.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in asset management, private equity, infrastructure, real estate or alternative investment funds.
• Strong background in financial reporting and fund accounting.
• Proven ability to work with multiple entities or complex investment structures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
