Finance Manager

About the role

The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Finance Manager to join a clinical division and support the Trust’s £1bn+ financial strategy. You will work collaboratively to deliver a proactive, professional finance service and provide comprehensive financial management support to the division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis of the division’s clinical and non‑clinical activities.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts for the division.
• Support the overarching financial strategy of the Trust.
• Deliver a dynamic, proactive finance service in partnership with divisional teams.
• Provide financial leadership and contribute to the finance team’s vision.
