About the role

Join Hays' Finance division as a Recruitment Consultant based in Southampton. You will focus on permanent placements across senior finance and part‑qualified finance roles, helping clients across the South Coast rebuild market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a specialist finance recruitment desk.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Bournemouth and the wider South Coast.
• Source, engage and qualify high‑calibre finance professionals.
• Lead permanent recruitment processes from initial qualification to successful placement.
• Drive business‑development activities to expand market share.
• Provide consultative recruitment expertise to both clients and candidates.
