Financial Advisor – Client Bank Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a Level 4 Diploma to join a well‑established independent financial planning firm in Chelmsford. You will manage an existing client bank, deliver tailored advice and build long‑term relationships while staying up‑to‑date with products and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an established client bank.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finding and analyse client financial information.
• Prepare and present personalised financial recommendations.
• Research products from an approved panel of providers.
• Review financial reports to ensure suitability of advice.
• Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow and maximise the client bank.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualified advisor status).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Highly self‑motivated with a client‑first approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
