Financial Advisor – Remote, £50k+ OTE

About the role

We are seeking a Level 4 qualified Financial Advisor to manage and grow an existing client bank across the Manchester region. The role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped bonus potential and the flexibility of remote working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing client bank in Manchester.
• Provide tailored financial advice aligned with each client’s objectives.
• Maintain a diary, schedule appointments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate client referrals.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to deliver seamless service.
• Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor with an existing client bank.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Consultative, customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience in the North West region is advantageous.
