• Work closely with owner‑managers to provide financial insight and support business growth.
• Lead and develop the finance team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a commercial outlook while handling day‑to‑day financial control activities.

Required profile

• Fully qualified finance professional.
• Proven experience in a similar financial controller role within a growing business.
• Willingness to work office‑based.
• Strong communication skills.
