Financial Controller – VC/Hedge Fund Investment Accountant

About the role

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, audit coordination and accounting operations across its multi‑entity investment and treasury platform. This hybrid role supports the fast‑growing fintech environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational discipline for VC and hedge‑fund related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple entities.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely delivery of audit documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations and cash management.
• Support treasury activities and investment accounting for venture capital and hedge‑fund structures.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and reporting frameworks.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong finance background with extensive accounting expertise.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
