Financial Planner – High Net Worth Clients with Strong Lead Support

About the role

Join a growing independent wealth management firm as a Financial Planner focused on high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. You will benefit from a strong pipeline of warm referrals and a supportive infrastructure that allows you to concentrate on delivering high‑quality advice without the pressure of self‑generating business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning to HNW and UHNW clients, covering pensions, investments, tax, estate and protection.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finds and develop tailored financial strategies.
• Convert pre‑qualified leads into long‑term relationships and retain existing client base.
• Grow the client portfolio through warm referrals, branch introductions and business seminars.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the firm’s whole‑of‑market advice model.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent) and CAS qualification.
• Proven experience in financial planning, IFA or wealth management, preferably with HNW clients.
• Strong ability to lead first meetings and build lasting relationships.
• Motivation to work within a supportive, independent advisory environment.

• Base salary up to £80,000 with OTE potential of £120,000+.
