Financial Services Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join an independent financial planning practice in Uxbridge. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office and home working, and supports advisers and clients throughout the financial planning process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Manage end‑to‑end processing of new business across pensions, investments and protection.
- Handle Letters of Authority, coordinating with providers to obtain required information.
- Support the Annual Review Service by preparing review packs, obtaining valuations and scheduling reviews.
- Prepare documentation and client information for meetings.
- Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress cases and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office.
- Assist Paraplanners with report preparation and related administration.
- Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
- Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Financial Services Administration role.
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload.
- Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients.
