Fine Jewellery Sales Specialist - Onboard Cruise Ship

About the role

Harding+ is looking for Fine Jewellery Sales Specialists to join its onboard retail teams on cruise ships around the world. The role suits someone with retail sales experience in fine jewellery, gemstones or luxury accessories who enjoys creating warm, engaging customer experiences. You will sell fine jewellery and earn up to 3% commission on sales, living and working at sea in a close-knit retail team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the boutique, start natural conversations and help them find pieces that suit their style, budget or occasion
• Explain product details, gemstone features, materials and brand stories clearly and engage guests to try pieces on and compare options
• Support onboard promotions, events, seminars and presentations to build interest in the fine jewellery range
• Maintain strong visual standards, support stock and compliance processes and contribute to a positive team environment

Required profile

• Experience selling fine jewellery, gemstones, luxury jewellery or premium accessories
• Strong face-to-face customer service and sales skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves being active throughout the day

• Confidently discussing gemstones, materials, product features and brand stories
• Ability to approach guests, listen carefully, build trust quickly and close sales naturally
• Confidence supporting product presentations, seminars or in-store events
• Team-focused attitude, resilience and adaptability in a busy, changeable environment
