About the role
We are seeking qualified teachers who want a flexible, part‑time way to use their expertise. Starting in September, you will provide one‑to‑one tutoring for children and young people across the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning programmes to individual students.
- Support learners with additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, anxiety and school avoidance.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with each pupil.
- Provide consistent, ongoing tutoring throughout the academic year.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher (QTS strongly preferred).
- Experienced educator seeking greater flexibility.
- Teacher looking to transition away from full‑classroom teaching or add extra hours.
- Confident practitioner able to engage and motivate learners one‑to‑one.
