About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic primary teachers to join our day‑to‑day supply pool across Dartford and surrounding schools. This flexible role lets you step into different classrooms, teach a range of year groups, and make an immediate impact without long‑term commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across various primary year groups on short notice.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom presence.
- Adapt quickly to new school environments and follow each school's procedures.
- Assess pupil progress and provide brief feedback where required.
- Keep essential classroom records and ensure health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher with a genuine passion for children’s learning.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to engage diverse pupils.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills

- Knowledge of the national primary curriculum.
