About the role
We are seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to work flexibly across a range of nurseries in the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Coventry. The role involves supporting children aged 0‑5 in a variety of settings, offering you the chance to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience in different environments.
Key responsibilities
- Support children aged 0‑5 with daily routines, play and learning activities.
- Provide high‑quality care and create a safe, nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with nursery teams to meet EYFS standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of UK nursery experience with children aged 0‑5.
- Qualified Level 2/Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- 5‑year reference history; any employment gaps must be explained.
- Willingness to hold Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Level 2 certificates.
