About the role
We are looking for a flexible part‑time Barista to join our Costa Coffee store in Chester. You will create great coffee and deliver a warm, energising experience for every customer, working across weekdays and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly by following operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with resourcefulness and adaptability.
- Accountability and pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed approach with strong communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
