About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Pub & Grill, you will help create memorable experiences for guests, whether you are pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food. The role is part‑time, fixed‑term and based on‑site in Oak Tree, Chester.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legal bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders and supporting the dining area.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when pouring drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Ability to follow drink recipes and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of bar safety and hygiene standards.
