Floor Manager - Il Bambini Club

About the role

Il Bambini Club, which brings the joyful trattoria spirit of Paris to London, is looking for a passionate Floor Manager to lead the team and deliver warm, seamless service day and night. The role covers the restaurant and bar floor, from briefings and reservations to opening and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant and bar area is H&S compliant for each shift
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant and bar team
• Coordinate and run the reservations system
• Draft the floor plan based on covers
• Support the Restaurant AGM with food and beverage stock: ordering, stock counts and training on wine, food and beverage menus
• Handle cash and report daily revenues according to hotel SOPs
• Be responsible for service on the floor and the bar
• Ensure the safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability

What we offer

• Salary of 43K-45K per annum including tronc
