Forklift Driver – Temp to Perm (Slough)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a well‑known company on the Slough Trading Estate. The position starts in August 2026 and runs as a 12‑week temporary assignment with the aim of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Operate both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods across the warehouse floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records during each shift.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Reach forklift licence.
• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to work a 3‑on, 3‑off shift pattern covering days and nights.

Required skills

• Reach forklift operation.
• Counterbalance forklift operation.
• General forklift handling and safety procedures.
