Founder's Associate – High‑Impact Role

About the role

The Founder's Associate works directly with the two co‑founders and the Chief of Staff, acting as a force multiplier across fundraising, hiring, partnerships, go‑to‑market and operations. The role evolves weekly, placing you in the room for every critical decision and co‑owning its execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor relations, including deck iterations, data‑room preparation and due‑diligence coordination.
• Lead hiring and talent operations, sourcing, screening and closing candidates for engineering, product and commercial roles.
• Conduct strategic research such as market sizing, competitive analysis, partnership opportunities and pricing models, turning complexity into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and qualify integration, channel and technology partners, assisting in early deal structuring.
• Build go‑to‑market scaffolding: define ICP, create target account lists, develop sales collateral and operational processes for the first commercial motions.
• Manage core operations for an AI‑first company, covering systems, legal, finance, vendor management and other un‑owned functions.

Required profile

• 0–4 years experience in a high‑intensity environment such as top‑tier consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or an early‑stage startup; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving instincts, comfortable building financial models, market analyses and compelling narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; investor updates, candidate emails and partnership briefs require no editing.
• Demonstrated extreme ownership: you spot gaps and fill them without waiting for direction.
• High comfort with ambiguity, rapid context‑switching and fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate work.
