About the role

The Founder's Associate works directly with the founders of a fast‑growing technology business, supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and day‑to‑day operations. This hybrid role offers exposure across marketing, product, operations and business strategy, making it ideal for an ambitious professional looking to accelerate their career.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders on strategic and commercial projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations.
• Support business planning, presentations and commercial proposals.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities.
• Help manage priorities, projects and key business activities.
• Provide executive support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement AI‑driven efficiencies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business support, operations, marketing, consulting or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence using technology and AI tools to boost productivity.
• Adaptable, ambitious and eager to take ownership of projects.
